About the Role:
- We are looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team.
- Your role is to create high-performing thumbnails that align with the channel's content strategy and attract audience attention.
- You'll collaborate with the team on a daily basis, so being comfortable communicating in Ukrainian/Russian would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Creating YouTube thumbnails in line with the target audience and content strategy;
- Working with photorealistic compositions, retouching, and color correction to create high-CTR thumbnails;
- Analyzing successful thumbnails (competitors, trends, CTR) and applying these insights in design;
- Active communication with the team;
- Collaborating with the team and contributing to improving the channels' visual strategy.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in design;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AI tools for image creation and editing;
- Strong skills in working with photorealistic images, retouching, and color correction;
- Creativity and a solid understanding of composition, color, and lighting;
- Experience in creating YouTube thumbnails.
